Hi Burrito, welcome aboard and congratulations for your labour in Medicos sin Fronteras. I am not sure but I dare to say there is still availability if you wish to join the project. You should get in touch with Rafael Sevilla, moderator, or otherwise with Centro Relojero Pedro Izquierdo. In regards to your doubts about the Pleamar:
The watch is currently under production. The delivery date is not certain as of yet, but it is in its final phase and we have been explained it could take between a month or two.
There is a date version and a no-date version. Each member had the chance to choose at the beginning. You will probably depend on what's still available (production is limited to 200 units)
Watch comes with Sapphire and Pedro has added a Plexi as part of the "kit", as well as the straps, case, back case opener, and the news you can see a few posts above. It has been explained that Sapphire would grant 200m submergibility. The Plexi, while more in accordance to the vintage style it stands for, could not grant it. So Pedro decided to include the Plexi as an extra included in the original foreseen price as well as the rest of the kit.
Size: 42mm
You can find all the info if you dive through the threads about it. But here's a review that can do as a shortened version in English:

I hope this helps. Best regards
