• NORMAS PARA EL SUB-FORO "TERTULIA"

    A partir de la fecha 22/01/2012 en este sub-foro -además de las Normas Generales-, regirán las siguientes normas particulares:

    1. Los temas que se creen, serán como se indica en la descripción del subforo, para DEBATIR y OPINAR sobre temas que no estén relacionados con la relojería.

    2. Si un usuario crea un tema concreto (por ej. "Mi colección de sellos"), todos los demás aportes de dicha temática que realice, deberá hacerlos bajo el mismo hilo que inició, evitando dispersar multitud de aportes idénticos en el sub-foro. De no realizarlo de ese modo, el Staff procederá directamente a su borrado, sin más.

    3. No se permitirá la creación de temas sin sentido, de escaso interés colectivo, o cuya nula generación de debate haya ya sido comprobada con anterioridad (como por ej.: datos estadísticos, cotizaciones, frases célebres, refranes, efemérides y similares).

    4. Las intervenciones en este sub-foro NO computarán en el contador de intervenciones de los usuarios.

    5. FdR se reserva el derecho de ampliar estas normas en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso.

Our organization recently decided to establish a board to improve decision-making, but honestly, I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed. I'm trying to understand what makes board management truly effective.
